Att skapa en relation till kost som inte är känsloladdad och fri från ångest är något jag verkligen brinner för. Jag vet själv hur det är att tänka lite för mycket på vad man ska och inte ska äta. För mig lossnade det mycket när jag dels hade hittat en kosthållning som verkligen fungerade för min kropp i samband med ett positivt “mindset” till vad jag väljer att stoppa i min kropp. Som jag har sagt många gånger tidigare tror jag att den ångest och stress vi skapar över “dåliga” kostval kan vara mer skadligt än om man faktiskt väljer att äta “junk” eller dricka sitt vin. Väljer man att äta godis, bulle, pizza eller dricka vin tycker jag man ska njuta av varenda sekund och skippa ångesten efteråt!

För mig är hälsosam kost ett val jag gör för att jag vill tanka min kropp med det bästa bränslet. Njut och hitta DIN balans ♥


To create a loving relationship to food is something I’m super passionate about. I know from experience what it’s like to think a bit too much about what to eat and not to eat. Over time and with some effective tools I’ve learned to create a positive relationship to food free from guilt, stress and anxiety. Once I learned more about nutritious wholesome foods and how it made my body feel it became so much easier to make loving food choices. Together with a positive mindset where choosing nutritious food is a way of self-love it just became a natural way of life for me. Sure I eat junk and I’ll have a drink…, what’s so important when I do choose to do this is to avoid any guilt and truly enjoy the moment. What a waste otherwise! I actually believe that the stress and guilt we sometimes create when eating “junk” is more harming to the body than actually eating that pizza or candy bar. 

Eating nourishing food should be about fueling your body with the best petrol available and not something that causes stress in your life. Enjoy your food and find what balance is for YOU ♥
