Shopping & Outfits,Training & Exercise

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THIS BIKINI IS FROM? I found this image flicking through tumblr, and I´m now in love with this bikini. Please let me know if you know where I can find it!

Today´s sprint session:

A1 60 meter sprint

A2 60 meter sprint

A3 60 meter sprint

A4 60 meter sprint

A5 60 meter sprint

A6 12 air squats

I did this for 4 sets, meaning that I did in total 20 sprints and 12 x 4  air squats. Walk or jog back to starting point, do 5 sprints and then finish the set with 12 air squats, and repeat the set 3 more times! If you are not sweating, you are not sprinting fast enough!

Enjoy tootsies! xoHannah

Inspiration & Motivation

MORE AND MORE I´M REALISING THAT FITNESS IS MY TRUE PASSION IN LIFE! I love that Cameron and I share this passion and that we can spend hours talking about a topic we both are so interested in. We just had a great conversation before (thank God for Skype and Viber) and he really inspired and motivated me to take my fitness to a new level. I potentially have some great opportunities coming my way in regards to my blog and training, and it would be a dream come true if it happened…

Training for me at the moment is not just about staying fit – it´s fun and exciting in a way that I have never experienced before. Cameron and my brother is helping me and pushing me past my threshold when I think I have no more to give. This is when the fun starts – when you reach new levels you never thought was possible.

My brother and I went for a sprint session last Sunday, when we were finished he got in the car and told me to run home. Say what!!!!!?? He was driving behind me as I was running up the hills – I felt like I had joined the army, it was so painful! As the sweat was pouring down my face and the lactic acid almost mad me cry – I felt so proud and thankful for having someone to push me when my own willpower failed.

Get people to help you and surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed – we all need a bit of a push sometimes to reach new levels!

Speaking of cravings, I could not get apple pie out of my head the other day. My healthy version; cut up apple slices and sprinkle cinnamon on them, or pan-fry the apple slices in organic butter with cinnamon. Serve with some quark or cottage cheese. If you are not eating dairy just have it on it´s own, it is just as delicious.

A M A Z I N G – B R O W N I E S

Baking & Cooking

I GOT THIS HUGE CRAVING for my dear friend Alexis amazing raw vegan brownies. They are out of this world! I though I would reshare her post with the recipe, so here you go… Also If you want to stay up to date with my friend and inspiration behind the page MIND BODY WELLBEING click here!

Goodies you Need…

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons raw coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • few drops of water (optional)

This is how you do it….

  1. Grind walnuts in a food processor until completely ground
  2. Add in the dates and cacao, and process until mixture is uniform and slightly sticky. It will resemble real brownie-like consistency.
  3. Remove from food processor and press tightly into a small square dish, or into a small round pan (8 inch).
  4. Place coconut butter, raw honey and cacao powder into food processor and process until a uniform mixture, that is smooth and clumps together forms.
  5. Mixture will be thick, but possible to spread with a spatula. If too thick, add a few drops of water, or spread with a spatula dipped in water.
  6. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and lick the spoon of course while you wait.

This can be considered a healthy, nutrient-rich dessert. All the ingredients are 100% natural and health promoting. The only thing to keep in mind, is that this like regular brownies, is rich in calories. They are nutrient-dense calories, but care should be taken as to how much one eats, based on one’s other daily food choices. – By Alexis Hamer

You have to try these delicious treats – I promise you that it´s worth going through the effort baking them! xoHannah
