FASHIONABLEFIT SUMMER SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE AND STRAWBERRIES
Like I said before I want to get more creative in the kitchen and make my salads a bit more exciting. By adding pomegranate, strawberries and walnuts to your boring salad gives it an exotic flavour. I´m a big fan of turkey, but chicken tastes really nice with the salad as well.
Yo!! Ok, so one of the most common excuses is lack of time to excercise! Trust me I know the feeling of not having time to train, but there is always time to train. So I got news for you, yes you do!!
My sprint sessions takes no more than 20 minutes. My sessions in the gym takes usually around 40 minutes, that´s beacuse I pretty much run between exercises. What´s really stealing your time is probably the time spent dilly-dallying whether you should train or not!

Hmm, healthy snacks? Well in my book you can´t go wrong with a hand full of nuts…
Pros: I felt so blessed and spoilt on my birthday and my training is going really well.
Cons: F*ing mosquito bites, it looks like I have some freaking disease on my arm.

I feel so blessed, and I really appreciate everyone taking the time to wish me happy Birthday! I also got completely spoilt by my family… And my man knows that you cannot go wrong with a present in an orange box! Thank´s to my family for being too good to me! I´m back on the 6-12-25 program and this means that I´m sweaty betty at the gym.
I love it though, the feeling of being completely drenched in sweat. It makes you feel like you could simply not have trained harder.
