For some reason I´m feeling even more motivated and healthy than I ever have felt before. I think my passion for health and keeping my body young has just gone to a different level. Such an amazing feeling, hard to describe. I´m learning more and more about my own body and what actually works effectively. Stay tuned for my favourite exercise at the moment. I have incorporated this exercise in pretty much every session in some form…

Inspiration & Motivation,Training & Exercise

Lately I have been thinking a lot about what it takes to be successful in health… And it made me think about what it takes to sustain and maintain a healthy lifestyle! I´m not competing in fitness so I don´t have to go to those extremes to keep my body in shape nor do I go through those hectic periods of dieting. But what does it take to maintain a healthy mindset all year around?

The answer is PASSION! If you truly want to sustain a healthy lifestyle and keep your body young, you will have to start finding and developing a passion for health. What I have realised is that my passion for health drives my motivation and inspires me to keep going.

Don´t force yourself to do things you hate, find the things you love and do them often! I wish I could inspire every girl who hates or find weight training boring! It is absolutely one of the best things in the world!

I have dreams about creating a FASHIONABLEFIT class, it would be a lot of weights, dancing, sprints and loud music! One day…!

Inspiration & Motivation,Training & Exercise

This is sort of my office untill 14.00pm… The management at the hotel doesn´t start working until after the siesta, so I have created the ideal office in the sun. Soon the season will really kicks off here in Marbella and there will be no time for this, so I better make the most of it now! I went for another sprint session this morning.. I´m loving it! Sprints just makes me feel like I´m always performing the best I can…

What keeps me inspired at the moment?  Steve Jobs biography
